We offer Professional and Secure Home Maintenance and Key Holding Services for your Mallorca Property. In Mallorca it is a requirement that there is always someone on the Island who has a set of keys for your residence. We provide this as a service and are here to provide peace of mind that if your property needs to be visited or maintained then we can facilitate this.

Scheduled Checks Weekly, fortnightly or monthly checks of your residence includes testing gas, water and electrical services, airing-out and checks for any potential maintenance issues.

Commercial Premises In addition to Residential properties we also accommodate Commercial locations, which can be particularly useful when businesses are closed for holidays or weekends.

Liaison and Mail Your mail will be collected and either forwarded to you by post or email.

In the event that you require a service contractor or other person attending your residence, they can co-ordinate access with our office.

Key Holding Service
Inspection of all windows, doors and outbuildings for damage or forced entry. Check alarm system is armed and functional.
Inspection for leaks, damp, mould, for signs of infestation or vermin and for signs of weather damage. We check operation of electrics, domotic systems, servers, lighting, fridge freezer, internet, phone lines and satellite TV. We will also ventilate the property, check air conditioning, run the heat pumps and installations, flush the toilets, run the taps, water the indoor plants, check the outdoor irrigation system, check water tanks, gas bottles and oil and check the post box to forward any mail if requested.
Meet and Greet service for guests to show them around the property when they arrive, make them feel welcome and show them how everything works
